Summary

All Makes seeks highly motivated, self-starting, driven Sales Representatives for our Des Moines office furniture location. You must be able to build relationships and offer products and solutions to grow and enhance businesses in the Des Moines area.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to understand and identify their strategic vision, objectives and needs while aligning our products and solutions where business opportunities exist
  • Develop new relationships to earn new business by providing relevant products and solutions through networking and prospecting
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with current clients through follow-up and client care
  • Drive sales revenue and increase market share
  • Acquire and continue education on office furniture solutions
  • Create and deliver proposals, presentations, product demonstrations and coordinate the terms of the sale
  • Provide and effectively execute client post-installation
  • Effectively demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, as well as willingness to take risks and try new approaches
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Over two years in Business-to-Business outside sales experience strongly preferred

(previous experience is a plus)

  • Consultative sales skills with a strong relationship-based mentality; ability to work directly with executives, owners, and/or decision makers in B2B field
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated sales record; consistently exceeding monthly/annual sales goals
  • CRM knowledge
  • Driver’s License (Required)
  • COVID Vaccination policy in place
