Summary

Utilize creative strengths to produce design recommendations that meet expectations. Tasks include developing space solutions, and researching and presenting colors and finishes for clients, and projects.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with clients and team sales to reach the solutions for projects and client
  • Network within the A&D community to help build positive working relationships and interface with other professionals
  • Development of project standards for clients
  • Knowledge of products and policies with support for new or changing priorities of the company
  • Assist with field measurements, inventory of products for projects, and access information necessary to complete projects
  • Space plan and provide accurate specifications and plans for sales and clients
  • Produce detailed installation drawings for projects and work with project management.
  • Participate and assist with sales opportunities, where possible.
  • Assist in the development and presentation of sales proposals-Powerpoint presentations and 3D renderings.
  • Invest and develop relations with other team members. Work to strengthen the company culture.
  • Provide assistance to other design team members, to both balance workload and help verify others’ work.
  • Develop and assess goals and plans to accomplish work and create a human-centered design
  • Assistance with training needs and other projects determined appropriate by Design Manager.
  • Engage in the usage and implementation of new products, programs, and software.
 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in interior design required.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D rendering, computer specification, and Configure software.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to work with deadlines and specific goals.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and creative problem-solving skill set.
  • Strong space planning skills and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively and meet deadlines, regardless of time constraints.
  • Strong commutation skills (written and verbal), attention to detail, and presentation skills to help visualize ideas.

Inventory Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year

Summary

The Inventory Manager position is responsible for managing the inventory, recording incoming inventory, recording transferring inventory, assisting with loaners, and documenting pricing.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Examine the levels of inventory and perform regular cycle counts.
  • Document daily shipments and deliveries and add items to inventory.
  • Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations, and stock levels.
  • Utilize our internal software for transfers, reporting, and inventory.
  • Assist in product transfers to different physical locations.
  • Record and manage customers utilizing demo chairs.
  • Review product pricing and update quarterly.
  • Read reports and share critical information with the team.
  • Prepare paperwork for transfers of products by location.
 

Qualifications

  • Very detailed oriented.
  • Comfortable using software such as Microsoft Excel, and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills.
  • Must be able to set clear deadlines, expectations, and follow-ups.
  • Effective in a team working environment.
  • Heavy lifting will be required and the assembly of furniture.
